ask the mind how to get there This night is designed for people who are curious about the meditative practice, but have no or little prior experience. Find out some basic factors about how to use the mind creatively in activity, and how to allow inner silence – a state of no mind – to come forward in times of rest and celebration. This night also offers a valuable introduction for those who do already practice on their own, but wish to deepen their commitment and share the community with other seekers.
